ENT 415 - Strategic Frameworks for New Ventures

3 Credit Hours
Many entrepreneurs build their companies through a series of “pivots” and small failures. Much of this is due to having to learn how to build and operate the business as they go. They are often unaware of the many frameworks and processes available to guide their thinking and inform their decisions. This course adapts accepted business frameworks to provide the entrepreneur with a tool box of strategy frameworks to help them avoid a few of the pitfalls of starting a new business.

(RE) Prerequisite(s): ENT 350  with grade of C or better.
Registration Restriction(s): Minimum of 45 completed credit hours.
