Enhanced version of CHEM 260 with added emphasis on reactive species, important structural variations, synthesis, and biological implications.
Credit Restriction: Students may not receive credit for both CHEM 268 and CHEM 260 .
(RE) Prerequisite(s): CHEM 132* and CHEM 133* ; or CHEM 138* .
Comment(s): Students using CHEM 132* -CHEM 133* as a prerequisite must have a grade of B or better and permission of instructor. Intended and recommended for chemistry, biochemistry, and other physical science majors preparing for careers in science or health-related fields.
